Complaints should be made to phone 200.
Do not ask dispatchers for time on trains.
Kindness to operators insures good service.
In case of fire, notify operator; give location.
It is our earnest desire to please you at all times.
Operators will at all times appreciate your kindness.
Any toll talk from your telephone will be charged to you.
A charge of one dollar will be made for moving telephone.
When messenger is necessary an additional charge is made.
Children must not be allowed to play with the telephone.
When calling on Rural line give number, and ring following.
You expect courtesy from operators, they expect the same from you.
Parties desiring telephones will notify the manager and instruments will be installed as rapidly as possible.
Do not engage in conversation with operators, as it impedes the service. Their business is to attend to the calls only.
Do not use phone or call central during thunder storms.

Photo is of 13 telephone directories that are closed. These have string or wire in the top left corner hole punch. They also have staples in them. There is one in the front that is laying open with telephone suscriber rules on the left side and the directory on the right.
Photo has yellow glue stains covering the entire back.
