[back] Old Texas Cattle Trail North of Dodge where it crosses Sawlog Creek. [s Saw underlined] The Nebraska or “Olive Brothers” Trail. Ruts can be seen at left where they cross the Highway [Highway crossed out] Road. Many thousands of longhorns moved across here 1868-1884.

Photo is of an open area with a road starting in right bottom corner and extending through middle of photo. There is a fence line along the road and one telephone or electric pole showing. The road goes up a hill. There are buildings with a line of trees behind them on the left side of the road. Big white clouds in the sky.
